Top modern apartment in A1 location

Modern apartment with self-check-in (no personal contact and thus Corona Virus safe!) for up to 4 guests in the central area of Munich, well connected to public transport and with a superb infrastructure in the neighborhood.

The brand new flat (2016) is 45 square meters and is located on the ground floor in the rear building (very quiet!). It has two separate bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, and a bathroom. When entering the apartment you find the open kitchen and living room (one room), with a comfortable sofa, which offers a comfortable sitting. A 40-inch flat screen TV with local and international channels is available in this room. From the living room you can reach the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, four hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a full set of dishes, glasses and cutlery. At the dinner table, there is space for up to 6 guests.

Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable bedroom sets with a double bed, a mirror and a wardrobe or a chest of drawers for clothes and have large windows to the quiet backyard. The apartment is very quiet despite the central location as it is in the backyard is (no street noise). In each bedroom there is a 32” flat screen TV with local and international channels in front of the bed.

The apartment has a modern bathroom with shower / WC. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. First class linens and towels are provided. There is high speed internet (WiFi) access in the apartment at no extra cost.

Although you never have to share the apartment with other guests, you might not have access to the whole apartment. Depending on the number of guests in your booking you will have access to a certain number of bedrooms. Bookings for 1-2 guests will get 1 bedroom prepared. Bookings for 3-4 guests get both bedrooms prepared. The guest can get more bedrooms as provided with the booking paying a surcharge.

The apartment is located in a privileged and very central location of Munich, but is also very quiet as it is located in a backyard building with no street noise. The building has its own children's playground. All shops and facilities for daily needs are within walking distance. There are many restaurants and recreational opportunities (for example, the Prince Regent Theater, the Museum Villa Stuck, the English Garden and many renowned galleries) within walking distance. This will ensure continuous attractiveness of the area as a favorite in Munich.

The public transport station Prinzregentenplatz, both subway and bus station, is located 150 meters away. There is a tram stop just 50 meters from the apartment.

In the case of non-availability of the apartment by force majeure such as vandalism, water damage or similar, I am not responsible for any costs that might arise for the guests, even in the case of a last-minute cancellation caused by force majeure.
