Modern studio in Westend (trendy Munich area)

A modern and quiet studio with self-check-in in Westend, a trendy central area in Munich. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay, both in the apartment and in the neighborhood. From a variety of restaurants till a great bakery just on the corner to start the day with a delicious breakfast. The subway is just 300 meters from the apartment and takes you all around the city. Full equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

We welcome you to our studio DAlex Westend. This studio is the result of our expansion in other areas of the city of Munich. It is located in the Westend district, one of the most traditional districts of Munich, originally a working class residential area, now an increasingly valued area of the city. The studio has an open space with kitchen, sitting area and sleep area together, as well as a separated bathroom. It is an ideal place for your vacation or business trip to Munich. It is certainly a good choice for a family or a group of friends (up to 4 people) that wants to spend a few days in Munich. Upon entering the studio you will find the open space on your right and the separate bathroom on your left. A 43 inch wall mounted TV with national and international channels is available in the open space. The dining table can accommodate up to four guests. There are two double beds (160 cm x 200 cm), three bedside tables, a chest of drawers with mirror and a wardrobe. The beds are upholstered in quality linen. If you travel with a baby, we can provide a baby travel bed. Just entering the open space on your left hand there is the fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with air stove, cooking plate, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. A nice set of cutlery, crockery and glassware is also there for you. The bathroom has shower, sink and toilet. Toilet paper, towels and hair dryer are provided. The thirty-two square meter studio is located in the ground floor of an Art Nouveau building, which has recently been completely restored. The large windows in the open space make the studio very bright and well ventilated. We have furnished this apartment with a modern design line. With black and white as the dominant colors, a minimalist design is created that gives the rooms a lot of light and air.

Although you never have to share the apartment with other guests, you might not get both beds prepared. Depending on the number of guests in your booking you will have one or two beds prepared. Bookings for 1-2 guests will get 1 bed prepared. Bookings for 3-4 guests get both beds prepared. If you book for less that 3 guests you can still get the second bed prepared by paying a surcharge.

As far as the infrastructure is concerned, within two hundred meters of the apartment you will find everything you need for daily use. Among the restaurants in the neighbouhood I would suggest the Augustiner Bräustuben in the Landsberger Straßeand the restaurant Red Pepper (international food) in the Guldeinstraße. Another recommended restaurants in the cty are the Bier und Oktoberfest Museum Stüberl (Bavarian food), the Glöckl am Dom (Bavarian food) and the Hofbräukeller (Bavarian food).

The Heimeranplatz Underground Station (line U4 / U5) is about 250 meters from the apartment. By subway you are in 5 minutes in Munich Central Station, and in about 15 minutes on the Marienplatz (Munich city center).

In the case of non-availability of the apartment by force majeure such as vandalism, water damage or similar, I am not responsible for any costs that might arise for the guests, even in the case of a last-minute cancellation caused by force majeure.
