Apartment with self-check-in (no personal contact and thus Corona Virus safe!) for up to 6 guests in the central area of Munich, well connected to public transport and with a superb infrastructure in the neighborhood.

We welcome you to our apartment. The rooms are mixed with classic and modern elements. The larger bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) together with a sofa / sleeper sofa. In the second bedroom there is a beautiful original French Art Nouveau bed (140cm x 200cm) with bedside table and wardrobe. The beds are upholstered in quality linen. If you travel with a baby, we can provide a baby travel bed. This quiet fifty-five square meter apartment is located in the sous parterre of a neat old-style old building, and is laid out to the backyard. It has a kitchen, where you can sit and cook comfortably. It is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. A nice set of cutlery, crockery and glassware is also here for you. For your entertainment, we have provided a 32-inch wall-mounted TV with local and international programs along with a DVD player. The apartment has a bathroom. Toilet, shower cubicle and washbasin are there for you. Towels, toilet paper and hair dryer are provided. For your important documents and valuable items a wall safe is available. This apartment is located with ideal transport links (right on the subway Prinzregentenplatz) on the Prinzregentenstrasse in the noble and exclusive residential area of ​​the Gründerzeit Bogenhausen. Parking is free on the streets in the area. In terms of infrastructure, within two hundred meters of the apartment you will find everything you need for your daily needs. The subway station Prinzregentenplatz (line U4) is about fifty meters away from the apartment. You will receive from us an area map with listed restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other useful services in the neighborhood. Wireless Internet access is available in this apartment and costs nothing extra. If you want to discover the Bavarian metropolis by bike you can use our free bikes. In this case, please book the bicycles with us in advance. It is a non-smoking apartment. For smokers, there is the easy way to smoke outside in the yard outdoors. This accommodation option is also very well suited for trade fair visitors and exhibitors, as the connection to Munich's new exhibition center is outstanding (20 minutes). Although you never have to share the apartment with other guests, you might not have access to the whole apartment. Depending on the number of guests in your booking you will have access to a certain number of bedrooms. Bookings for 1-2 guests will get 1 bedroom prepared. Bookings for 3-6 guests get both bedrooms prepared. The guest can get more bedrooms are provided in the booking paying a surcharge.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I preferably communicate with guests through the Airbnb communication channel. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival using the instructions provided.

The subway stop Prinzregentenplatz (line U4) as well as the bus lines 100 and 54 are only 50 meters from the apartment, on the Prinzregentenplatz.

The apartment is located in the district Bogenhausen in Munich, where parking is free in most streets. Usually you need less than 5 minutes, depending on the time of the day, to find a free parking space. Overall, the parking problem is not a big concern in our neighborhood.

In the case of non-availability of the apartment by force majeure such as vandalism, water damage or similar, I am not responsible for any costs that might arise for the guests, even in the case of a last-minute cancellation caused by force majeure.
