Apartment with self-check-in (no personal contact and thus Corona Virus safe!) in the central area of Munich, well connected to public transport and with a superb infrastructure in the neighborhood.

Apartment located in elegant Art Nouveau building of the early twentieth century in the posh and exclusive residential district of Bogenhausen, one of the finest areas of the city of Munich, just next to the subway stop Prinzregentenplatz. A romantic apartment, ideal for couples looking to spend some days in the Bavarian capital. This elegant apartment has been refurnished following the style of Havana during it's golden age in the 20th century. This quiet thirty-four square meter apartment is located in the sous parterre of a neat old-style old building, and is laid out to the backyard. It has a kitchenette where you can confortable cook and sit. It is equipped with cooker, oven, fridge, coffe machine, water boiler & microwave. The necessary dayly use utensiles for cooking, cutlery, tableware and glassware are provided. There is a separate bedroom with a king size modernist (Jugendstil) double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), an LCD wall TV as well as a stereo system. The double bed can be separated into two single beds if required. If you are traveling with a child or a baby, we can add an extra bed against a surcharge or a baby cot for free. The beds are covered with premium bedding. The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, shower cabine, towels and hair dryer.

For your important documents and valuables a wall safe is available for you.

Regarding the infrastructure: everything for your daily needs can be found within two hundred yards from the apartment . The underground station Prinzregentenplatz (U4) is about fifty meters away from the apartment.

You will receive a listed environment map with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other useful services in the neighborhood.

Free wireless Internet access is available in this apartment and if you want to discover the Bavarian metropolis with the bike you can use our free bikes. Please book the bikes in advance.

It is a non smoking apartment. Smokers can smoke outside in the courtyard.

Parking is free on the streets in the area.

The best way to contact me during your stay is through email or the Airbnb communication channel. I am also reachable by phone for urgent issues.

The subway stop Prinzregentenplatz (line U4) as well as the bus lines 100 and 54 are only 50 meters from the apartment, on the Prinzregentenplatz.

The apartment is located in the district Bogenhausen in Munich, where parking is free in most streets. Usually you need less than 5 minutes, depending on the time of the day, to find a free parking space. Overall, the parking problem is not a big concern in our neighborhood.

In the case of non-availability of the apartment by force majeure such as vandalism, water damage or similar, I am not responsible for any costs that might arise for the guests, even in the case of a last-minute cancellation caused by force majeure.
