Big apartment with private garden

Apartment with self-check-in (no personal contact and thus Corona Virus safe!). Quiet and sunny modern furnished, with private garden, terrace, big living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Plenty of space for up to 8 people. Ideal for a family vacation or for a business group trip.

Living room:

The apartment has a large living room with a separate dining area both with large windows and access door to the garden, bringing a delightful atmosphere all over the year. There is a big sofa with space for up to six persons sitting comfortably. A large smart TV as well as a fast WiFi connection allow you to be entertained and connected with the world anytime. There are cabinets in the living room that together with bed function of the sofa (160 cm x 200 cm lying surface) make possible to use the living room as third bedroom if needed. There are shutters on all windows. Warm maple floor, fluffy giant carpet and two large sofas with many plump pillows and a big soft leather chairs offer comfort at the highest level. A total of four illumination sources provide several options for lighting.

Bedroom 1:

The main bedroom in the apartment has a high quality 160 cm x 200 cm king-size (double) bed with comfortable mattress. There are nightstands on bot side sides of the beds, each one with a reading lamp. A large cabinet offers a lot of space for your belongings. In addition, there is very comfortable 140 cm x 190 cm sofa bed with slatted frame and gel mattress. There is space for up to four people in this bedroom.

Bedroom 2:

There is a very comfortable 140 cm x 200 cm double bed, as well as two dressers with reading lamps and a two doors cabinet at the disposal of the guests in this second bedroom. There is space for up to two people in this bedroom.

Both bedrooms have large glass windows that make them very light. All the windows has curtains.

Garden and loggia:

In the private outside area of the apartment you will find a covered loggia and a small but nice garden. You can relax or have your breakfast and meals sitting in the available furniture (max. 6 persons) while enjoying the view to the nice garden and the silence of the area.

Bathroom and WC:

At your disposal there is a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, mirror wardrobe, hair dryer and washing machine. There is a separate toilet (WC) with mirror cabinet in the apartment.

The apartment has a large hallway with plenty of space for clothes and shoes and large mirrors

Kitchen:

A modern kitchen with window and fully equipped - large fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboards and all cooking utensils.

Guest access: although you never have to share the apartment with other guests, you might not have access to the whole apartment. Depending on the number of guests in your booking you will have access to a certain number of bedrooms. Bookings for 1-2 guests will get 1 bedroom prepared. Bookings for 3-4 guests will get 2 bedrooms prepared. Bookings for 5-6 guests get both bedrooms prepared and the sofa bed in the living room will be prepared as a bed. Bookings for 7-8 guests will get also the sofa bed in the main bedroom prepared as a bed. The guest can get more bedrooms are provided in the booking paying a surcharge.

The apartment is situated in a purely residential area in a side street of the Munich's area called Pasing. Pasing is considered a "city within a city"

From the apartment to the closest supermarkets as well as to the closest suburban train station named Westkreuz (lines S6 and S8) there are about 400 m. There are trains from here to the Munich downtown in 10 min intervals.

The historic core of Pasing with the Pasing Train Station (all the suburban train lines in Munich stop here in 3 min intervals and reach the Munich’s downtown in 12 min) and a huge shopping mall called “Pasing Arcade” are about 700 m from the apartment. There is plenty of restaurants in the historic core of Pasing as well as some restaurants closer to the apartment.

A breakfast café and bakery is about 100 meters away from the apartment.

From the apartment to the closest suburban train station named Westkreuz (lines S6 and S8) there are about 400 m. There are trains from here to the Munich downtown in 10 min intervals.

In the case of non-availability of the apartment by force majeure such as vandalism, water damage or similar, I am not responsible for any costs that might arise for the guests, even in the case of a last-minute cancellation caused by force majeure.
